About the Role
n
We are seeking an experienced Final Trim Grader Operator to join our client's civil construction team.
n
This role is suited to an experienced operator who is confident completing final trim works to a high standard and can work efficiently across civil and earthworks projects.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Final trim and detailed grading
n
Road formation and pavement preparation
n
Trimming subgrades, bases and batters
n
Working accurately to levels and specifications
n
Reading site plans and interpreting levels
n
Completing daily machine checks and basic maintenance
n
Working closely with supervisors,



engineers and other operators
n
Maintaining a robust focus on safety and quality
n
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
Proven experience as a Final Trim Grader Operator
n
Robust final trim and finishing experience
n
Experience working on civil construction or earthworks projects
n
Experience using GPS/machine control systems
n
Current relevant plant/operator tickets
n
Construction White Card
n
Current driver's licence
n
Solid understanding of site safety requirements
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
n
n
Experience operating graders equipped with Trimble, Topcon or similar GPS systems will be highly regarded.
