About the role

We are seeking an ASP Level 1 Project Manager to join our team at our Beresfield NSW location on a full-time basis . This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career project management professional to develop their expertise within a supportive environment. As an ASP Level 1 Project Manager, you will work under the guidance of senior project management staff, taking responsibility for specific project elements whilst developing your capability across all aspects of project delivery. This role offers meaningful exposure to real-world construction project management and the chance to build a strong foundation in the industry.

Key responsibilities

- Assisting with the planning, scheduling and coordination of assigned project activities under supervision
- Supporting the delivery of project milestones and ensuring activities progress in line with approved schedules
- Monitoring project costs and assisting with budget tracking and variance reporting
- Maintaining accurate project documentation, records and correspondence
- Liaising with site teams, contractors, clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Assisting with the identification and management of project risks and issues
- Supporting the preparation of project reports, status updates and meeting minutes




- Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements on all assigned project activities
- Contributing to continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and best practice opportunities

What we're looking for

- Tertiary qualification in construction management, civil engineering, project management or a related discipline
- ASP Level 1 accreditation or the ability to obtain this qualification
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine commitment to health, safety and environmental best practice
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and take direction from senior staff
- Attention to detail and accuracy in project documentation and reporting
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and learning
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required
- Relevant experience or internships within construction or project management is desirable
