The Role:

Working within an established leasing team, your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting open homes
- Managing rental applications
- Responding to prospective tenant enquiries
- Completing ingoing inspections
- Coordinating property advertising
- Conducting private inspections
- Providing a high level of service to prospective tenants and landlords
- Supporting the wider property management team as required

About You:

To be successful in this position, you will have:

- Previous experience within real estate
- Leasing or property management experience highly regarded
- A current Certificate of Registration
- A reliable car and driver’s licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A professional and polished presentation
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- A positive attitude and desire to progress your career
