Key Responsibilities
n

Produce great-tasting baked goods fresh every day
n
Work collaboratively with the Production Team to ensure Banjo's high-quality standards are consistently achieved
n
Communicate effectively with the Sales Team to ensure products are available and customer expectations are met
n




Follow Banjo's established Work Health and Safety (WHS) practices to maintain a safe workplace
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
A positive, confident team player who takes pride in producing quality products
n
Experience in baking or food production is desirable, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills
n
Certificate III in Baking (or equivalent) is highly desirable
n
Reliable, well-organised, and a strong communicator who enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace
n
Someone who loves a challenge and is excited to grow their career with Banjo's
