Job Description
We're looking for aTeam Leader – Novated Sales to lead and inspire a high performing team of Novated Specialists and help take their results to the next level.
n
You'll play a key role in leading a motivated, customer focused team while driving solid sales performance and industry leading conversion.
n

Lead, motivate and develop a talented team of Novated Specialists
n
Coach and mentor your team to achieve their sales targets and KPIs
n
Build a solid team culture focused on customer excellence and engagement
n
Run regular 1:1s, team meetings, training and coaching sessions
n
Support your team with day to day challenges and be hands on when needed
n
Identify opportunities to improve processes and the customer journey
n
Work closely with the Senior Manager, Novated Leasing on team development and performance
n
Be the go to person for escalations and help ensure customers receive an exceptional experience
n
Assist with lead allocation, Docusign,



lease expiry management and settlements
n
Ensure the team operates in line with policies, compliance requirements and company values
n
n
INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU HAVE:

Experience in Novated Leasing or a related industry
n
Experience leading, training or coaching a sales team
n
A genuine ability to motivate, mentor and get the best out of people
n
A solid track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
n
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
n
Great attention to detail
n
Solid organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
n
A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering great outcomes
n
