Personal Trainer - Anytime Fitness Cardiff

Anytime Fitness Cardiff is opening its doors, and we're looking for an ambitious, self-driven Personal Trainer to build their PT business in a 500m2+ state-of-the-art facility — complete with dedicated recovery zones and premium training equipment. This is a rent-based subcontractor arrangement, not an employee position. You run your own PT business, set your own rates, manage your own client relationships, and keep control of your schedule — we simply give you the space, the tools, and the walk-in traffic to make it happen.

Key responsibilities

Build and grow your own PT client base from a standing start
n
Attract, retain, and grow clients through strong client-facing skills
n
Set your own PT rates and manage your own client bookings and payments
n
Deliver training sessions using the full 500m2+ facility including recovery amenities
n
Operate as an independent subcontractor managing your own business
n
Shape how PT operates at this club and build your own business
n




About you
n
Qualified Personal Trainer (Cert III & IV in Fitness, or equivalent)
n
Current First Aid/CPR certification
n
Relevant insurance and ABN, ready to operate as a subcontractor
n
Genuine entrepreneurial mindset — someone who wants to build and grow their own PT business
n
Strong client-facing skills: the ability to attract, retain, and grow a client base from a standing start
n
Skilled, energetic presence that reflects well on a premium current club
n
Experience with recovery-based or results-focused training is a bonus
n
