Job Description
YMCA DownsLink Group in Horsham is seeking a Supported Housing Support Worker to manage a caseload of residents, conduct regular meetings and home visits, and collaborate with colleagues to build secure, practical and person-centred support plans.
n
This full time role (37.5 hours per week) is based onsite and operates on a seven-day rolling rota, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with prospects to contribute to safeguarding and housing outcomes.
