We are seeking a talented and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Halcyon House's award winning restaurant Paper Daisy in Cabarita Beach - 15 minutes south of the Gold Coast Airport.

Responsibilities:
n

Execute quality dishes with precision and creativity, adhering to the restaurant's standards and recipes.
n
Supervise and assist the Commis Chefs and other kitchen staff, ensuring a smooth and effective service.
n
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards.
n
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menu items and seasonal specials.
n
Monitor stock and assist in ordering produce daily,



ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly without any disruptions.

Requirements:
n
n
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a similar role in a reputable establishment.
n
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen equipment, and best practices.
n
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and work well under pressure.
n
A passion for creating quality & consistent food.
n
