Sushi Sushi, Australia's largest sushi brand, is seeking an Assistant Manager for our BP Scoresby outlet. You will report to the Store Manager and lead a team of Sushi Artisans to deliver outstanding customer service and premium sushi.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of supervisory experience, robust hospitality skills, and thrive in a quick-paced workplace. Sushi production experience is a plus, with a willingness to learn and grow within the brand.
