Pathway Talent is partnering with a respected not-for-profit organisation to recruit a Community Partnership Coordinator for a youth-focused psychosocial support program. The role is part time and fixed-term through 30 June 2027, aimed at helping young people up to 25 affected by suicide-related distress, suicidality or self-harm.

You will build community partnerships, improve referral pathways and increase access to support by working across health, education and youth sectors, collaborating
