We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse who will partner with our clients living in the Rockingham , Baldivis , Golden Bay, and Secret Harbour areas, supporting them to achieve their goals and maintain their independence.

This is a permanent part time position working35-45 hours per fortnight and you will be required to live close to our clients and can commit to working every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 8am-4pm .

To be successful, you will possess the following:

- Current Registration with the AHPRA.




- Experience with wound care, catheters, and diabetes management.
- Excellent communication and assessment skills.
- 2 years plus post qualification.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage change in a care or service- related environment.
- Be able to prioritise their workload safely and efficiently with a focus on our clients.
- A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old.
- Current CPR and First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Hold a current drivers’ licence and own a reliable car, for travelling between clients.
- Community nursing experience will be highly regarded.
