Eagles Gym Punchbowl is seeking a committed, energetic and results-driven Gym Manager/Sales Consultant to manage our busy evening operations and help grow our membership base. This is a hands-on position for someone who can confidently manage the gym, build strong relationships with members and convert enquiries into new memberships.

Key responsibilities

- Manage the gym during evening operating hours
- Welcome members and provide excellent customer service
- Respond to membership enquiries and conduct gym tours
- Follow up leads and convert enquiries into memberships
- Work towards membership and sales targets
- Build positive relationships with new and existing members
- Assist with member retention and engagement
- Ensure the gym remains clean, organised and professionally presented
- Handle general reception, administration and daily operational duties
- Promote personal training and other gym services

About you





- Previous experience in gym management, fitness sales, personal training or a similar role is preferred
- Strong sales ability and confidence speaking with prospective members
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Reliable, professional and highly committed
- Self-motivated and comfortable working towards targets
- Able to manage responsibilities independently
- A genuine interest in health, fitness and helping people
- Available to work Monday to Friday from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm
