NOOR is a fast growing, colour led salon in Melbourne, and we’re looking for a hairdresser who is colour obsessed to join our team.

If you live and breathe colour , love creating beautiful dimension and get genuinely excited by the technical side of what we do, we’d love to hear from you!

We’re passionate about colour at NOOR, but we’re also passionate about challenging the way we approach it . We love learning, experimenting, sharing knowledge and finding ways to make what we do even better.

NOOR. is looking for someone who is excited to keep learning, develop their technical skills and grow alongside a team that genuinely cares about their craft.

You’ll be joining a warm, supportive and ambitious team in a beautiful space where education, creativity and excellent client experiences are at the heart of what we do.

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Passionate about colour and ambitious to continue learning
- Keen to grow their technical skills and clientele




- Work efficently day to day
- Excited by the opportunity to grow with a fast moving salon
- Cert 3 or above required
- A strong understanding of professionalism and customer service
- Fashion forward presentation of self

Whether you’re already highly experienced or feel you’re ready to take your colour skills to the next level, we want to hear from you.

There is ongoing education, genuine career growth and a generous performance based remuneration structure for the right person.

The position is flexible, with both part time and fulltime hours available.

At NOOR. we pay above award rates + superannuation and believe our team deserve to be rewarded with generous commision structures. We Pride ourselves on a work life balance, offering salon closures from December 24 - Mid Jan, extra long weekends and flexibilty in schedule.
