You’ll coordinate appointments, support teams across Australia and speak directly with customers to ensure every sale progresses smoothly - from the initial booking through to installation.

About the Role

As our Sales Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the essential link between our Sales teams, customers and Installation teams.

This is a fast-paced, people-focused role combining customer service, administration, scheduling and quality control. Your work will help ensure appointments are coordinated efficiently, sales are accurately verified and customers are prepared for a smooth installation.

What You’ll Do

- Manage appointment cancellations, reschedules and enquiries from Sales Managers, Solar Specialists and Lead Generators

- Speak directly with customers to resolve concerns, minimise cancellations and reschedule appointments





- Coordinate and oversee sales campaigns across more than 15 offices nationwide

- Allocate and dispatch appointments fairly and efficiently to Solar Specialists and Business Development Managers

- Complete live sale verification and quality-control checks

- Book installations and collect the required customer and site information

- Maintain daily communication with sales teams across Australia to manage schedules and leads

- Support the onboarding of recent Solar Specialists alongside Sales Managers and Operations

- Liaise with our Salesforce team to troubleshoot system issues

- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across different teams and locations

About You

You don’t need experience in renewable energy - we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, organisation and communication skills.

You’ll ideally bring:

- Experience in customer service, administration, hospitality or a coordination role

- Strong organisation, multitasking and time-management skills

- Confidence communicating with customers and internal stakeholders

- The ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in a busy environment

- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently





- Confidence using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

- The ability to adapt quickly when priorities change

- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM system - highly regarded, but not essential

Working Hours and Location

- Please note: This is a fully onsite role based in our vibrant Waterloo office, working Monday to Friday. Standard hours are 9:30am–5:30pm, with a later 12:00pm–8:00pm shift every Wednesday

- No weekend work
