RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR Greek Street Food – Atherton, QLD 2 Full‑Time Positions | $72,000–$80,000 per annum

Greek Street Food in Atherton is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisors to join our team and help coordinate the day‑to‑day operations of our busy Greek restaurant. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about hospitality, enjoy working with people and can lead food and beverage staff while maintaining the high standards of service and customer experience that our restaurant is known for. About the Role

As Restaurant Supervisor, you will play an important role in coordinating the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant. Working closely with the Owner, Business Manager and the front of house team, you will help create a welcoming environment for our customers while supporting and motivating food and beverage staff. Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise and support food and beverage staff Train and mentor team members to maintain high service standards Prepare and manage staff rosters

Monitor food and beverage staff performance and communicate effectively to resolve issues Take reservations and greet customers in a courteous manner Coordinate service to ensure the restaurant operates efficiently

Maintain exceptional customer service and hospitality standards Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management

Order food,



beverages and other restaurant supplies Ensure food safety, workplace health and safety and cleanliness standards are maintained Organise the cleaning of the bar areas and equipment

Assist with opening and closing procedures Help create a positive, professional and team‑focused workplace

About

You The successful applicants will have: At least one year of experience in a restaurant supervisory role Certificate IV in Hospitality or Hospitality Management (or equivalent overseas qualification) Strong leadership and communication skills The ability to confidently supervise and motivate a team Excellent customer service and problem‑solving skills Good organisational and time‑management skills Sound knowledge of food safety and hospitality regulations Experience with stock control The ability to work evenings, weekends and during busy periods A genuine passion for hospitality and creating a great customer experience
