Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner based in Lane Cove, NSW, with frequent travel to homes across Sydney's Northern suburbs and regional locations. You will partner with the NSW leadership team to drive positive HR outcomes and resolve employee relations issues.
Responsibilities include implementing HR documents, policies and systems, and contributing to continuous improvement in attraction, onboarding, engagement and retention.
