A well-established food manufacturing company is looking for a QA Assistant to support its Quality team. You'll play a hands-on role in maintaining food safety, quality, and compliance standards within a dynamic manufacturing workplace.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Perform routine laboratory and quality testing on raw materials and finished products
n
Ensure products comply with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards
n
Maintain accurate QA documentation, records, and reports
n
Investigate quality issues and assist with corrective and preventive actions
n
Liaise with Production, Sanitation, and other departments on quality matters
n
Participate in internal and external audits
n
Support training of operators on Hygiene, GMP, and HACCP
n
Assist with recent product development and quality procedure improvements
n
Carry out additional QA-related duties as required
n

About You
n
n
Essential:



Strong hands-on microbiology and laboratory experience within a food manufacturing or quality environment
n
Practical experience performing food quality and compliance testing
n
Good understanding of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
n
Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation and reporting skills
n
Ability to communicate effectively with Production and Quality teams
n
Proficient in Microsoft Office
n
