Thrive ELC Seven Hills is seeking a passionate, caring and qualified Inclusion Support Staff (ISS) member to join our Preschool Room.

About the Role
As an ISS team member, you will work alongside our educators to provide individualised support and promote the inclusion and participation of children within our Preschool program.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing individualised support to children where required.
- Supporting children to participate in play, learning experiences and daily routines.
- Building positive, respectful and trusting relationships with children.
- Supporting children's social, emotional and communication development.
- Working collaboratively with educators, families and support professionals.
- Following individual support strategies and plans.
- Encouraging children's independence, confidence and participation.
- Maintaining a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment.
- Supporting the team to ensure every child feels a strong sense of belonging.
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have :
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent recognised qualification).
- A genuine passion for supporting children with diverse needs.
- A warm, patient and nurturing approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to build strong relationships with children and families.
- A reliable, flexible and positive attitude.
- A commitment to inclusion and high-quality early childhood education.
Previous experience in an inclusion support role or working with children requiring additional support will be highly regarded.
