Network Melbourne Services is looking for an organised, practical person to support the director and keep electrical jobs moving. This is an office-based role with no on-site electrical work. You'll help manage the day-to-day flow of information between the director, workers, suppliers, builders and customers.

Key responsibilities

- Scheduling jobs and coordinating the team's daily tasks
- Preparing invoices and following up outstanding payments
- Tracking purchase orders, materials and job documentation
- Keeping job details, photos and records organised in Simpro
- Following up customers, builders and suppliers
- Helping create transparent procedures and improve how the office runs

About you

- Electrical industry experience is strongly preferred
- Understanding of the pace of contracting work
- Ability to follow things through
- Experience with Simpro would be valuable
