For more than 30 years , Hurricane’s Grill has been serving up our famous ribs, steaks, big flavours and even bigger hospitality.

From our Sydney restaurants to our international locations, we’ve built a strong reputation for great food, great service and a great team culture.

We’re looking for experienced Front of House Supervisor s to join our team and help lead the next generation of Hurricane’s Grill staff.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

- Supporting & coordinating the FOH team during busy services
- Helping team members deliver friendly and efficient guest service
- Assisting with staff training and onboarding
- Ensuring tables, service areas and FOH presentation are maintained to a high standard
- Assisting with guest requests and feedback
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations




- Leading by example and jumping in wherever needed

What We’re Looking For:

- 2+ years' experience in restaurant supervision
- A genuine passion for hospitality and people
- Confident, friendly and positive personality
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Good food and wine knowledge
- Ability to stay calm and organised in a busy environment
- Current RSA
- Most importantly, we want someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in great service and brings positive energy to the team.

This is a full-time role with a rotating roster across weekdays, evenings and weekends, including public holidays as required.
