Care To Heal Pty Ltd is a registered NDIS provider delivering person-centred disability and allied health services. This hands-on role focuses on payroll administration, HR advisory support, onboarding and offboarding, and ensuring SCHADS Award compliance.

You will also maintain payroll records and provide practical HR guidance to managers. The ideal candidate has payroll and HR experience, robust SCHADS knowledge, and a solid understanding of Australian employment law.
