You will expect to be immersed in a menu that is traditional Club Bistro style food with a modern twist as well as daily blackboard specials that are certainly high-quality restaurant meals. Previous experience in a similar kitchen leadership role

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Bring fresh ideas for menu design

Passion for valuable food
n
A knowledge of current food trends
n
A knowledge and commitment to implementing food safety, WHS and hygiene practices
n
Flexibility to work across 7 days and nights as required
n
Trade qualified with experience and a keen attention to detail.
