The Role:

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Used Car Aftermarket Customer Care Consultant to join our team. You will need tohave a solid commitment to customer service and be highly driven to achieve targets. We are fun-loving, hard-working and would love for you to join our team!

Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
n
Presenting aftercare products and accessories face to face and over the phone to dealership clients
n
Preparation of warranty paperwork
n
Maintaining reports and general data entry
n




Co ordinate vehicle deliveries with clients and sales team
n
Maintain product knowledge and attend training
n
Selection Criteria
n
Must have previous experience in an automotive aftermarket role.

Highest level of commitment to customer service

Professional, polished personal presentation

Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
