Ormeggio at The Spit is a Two Hat restaurant located at the beautiful d’Albora Marinas in Mosman, overlooking Middle Harbour and Pearl Bay. Celebrated for its Contemporary Italian cuisine, award-winning wine list, and outstanding hospitality, Ormeggio has been a hatted restaurant since 2009 and currently ranks #44 in Gourmet Traveller’s Top 100 Restaurants.

We are now seeking Front of House Professionals to join our passionate and dynamic team.

About You:





- Permanent residency or unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Current NSW RSA
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in fine dining or hatted restaurants
- Calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about food, wine, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Local applicants strongly encouraged
