Job Description
Myxa cares for participants under the NDIS with dementia and complex health needs. The Disability Support Worker provides 1:1 and 2:1 support, helping with personal care, mobility, meals, and community access, while maintaining dignity and privacy.

The role requires dementia experience, solid communication, and the ability to document accurately. It involves comfort-focused support for palliative care and working both independently and as part of a team.
