AKD Softwoods is seeking a Group Risk & Compliance Manager to strengthen AKD's risk framework and governance. Reporting to the CFO, the role partners with site leaders to embed proactive risk culture across Queensland, NSW and Victoria.
The successful candidate will own the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, lead risk workshops, prepare board papers, support crisis exercises and oversee the Group's insurance program. Versatile working arrangements may apply.
