We are excited to be recruiting Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Physiotherapists to join our 2027 New Graduate Program .

Now entering its fifth year, our New Graduate Program has supported the successful transition of multiple cohorts of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Physiotherapists into confident and capable clinicians.

As a Graduate Therapist at Icaria Health, you'll join the largest private multidisciplinary allied health team in the Albury-Wodonga region. You'll be supported by a dedicated New Graduate Program Coordinator , experienced Team Leaders, discipline-specific superivsors, and a collaborative team of more than 50 Icarians who genuinely love helping each other succeed.

We provide services across both our Paediatric and Adult Therapy Teams , supporting people from birth through to older age. Our therapists work across a range of settings including:

- Our purpose-built therapy clinics
- Client homes
- Schools and childcare centres
- Aged care facilities
- Community settings

To be considered for our 2027 New Graduate Program, you will:

- Be graduating in 2026 and eligible for registration with AHPRA or SPA in early 2027.
- Be able to positively contribute within a team environment.
- Be willing to learn new skills and embrace change.
- Provide a family-centred and holistic approach to care.
- Hold a current Driver's Licence.
