Due to continued growth, Workforce Extensions Ballarat is proud to be recruiting an Internal Sales Support person on behalf of Hydrautech.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business and play an important role in supporting Hydrautech's expanding OEM division. You'll help keep customer orders, purchasing and day to day sales support running smoothly while working closely with the wider sales and operations team.

About the Role

Your role will be focused on providing internal sales and administrative support across the growing OEM division.

Your responsibilities will include processing and coordinating customer orders, liaising with suppliers, assisting with purchasing and stock requirements, preparing quotes and sales documentation, following up orders and deliveries,



and providing general sales support.

You'll also help ensure customers receive timely and accurate information and that orders move smoothly from initial enquiry through to delivery.

This is a varied role where organisation, communication and attention to detail will be important. You'll work closely with both the sales and workshop teams, giving you the opportunity to develop a strong understanding of Hydrautech's products, customers and operations.

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, reliable and enjoys working in a busy team environment. Previous experience in internal sales, sales administration, customer service, purchasing or a similar role will be highly regarded.

You’ll have strong attention to detail, good computer skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while keeping things moving. Just as importantly, you’ll be someone who communicates well, takes ownership of their work and enjoys supporting a busy sales operation.

Experience within hydraulics, engineering, manufacturing, automotive, industrial or a related workplace would be advantageous, but a strong attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
