Top CBD Mid-Tier firm seeking an experienced Client Service Administrator to join the Business Services & Tax team. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys client contact, administration, compliance and working closely with professional advisers.
n
You'll be an integral part of the team, supporting Directors and clients while keeping administration, workflow and compliance activities running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Managing client enquiries and correspondence
n
ASIC annual reviews, company changes and incorporations
n
Coordinating client approvals and outstanding information
n
Assisting with billing, workflow and job administration
n
Supporting ATO administration and compliance processes
n
Maintaining accurate client and company records
n
Supporting the wider Business Services & Tax team
n
n
About You
n
n
Ideally you'll have 3+ years' experience in administration, client service or qualified services.
n
ASIC and corporate secretarial processes
n
Company structures and compliance
n
Managing competing priorities and deadlines
n
Most importantly, you'll be organised, proactive, professional and confident dealing with clients and senior stakeholders.
