In this vital position, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth running of the office.

What you'll be doing

Scheduling, dispatch and coordinating works with technicians & managers

Primary contact for incoming service requests

Raising new jobs & assigning them to technicians

Assisting clients & scheduling in service calls, maintenance & repair works

Ensuring all technicians have productive work

Liaising with customers & technicians regarding work in progress.

What we're looking for

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure





Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a keen eye for detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
