Carexcell is seeking a Disability Support Worker to engage neurodivergent youths aged 15–30 across Hornsby and the north shore. You will build rapport through gaming, music, and interests, then use that connection to teach real-world skills like catching transport, ordering at a café, and budgeting.
The role includes evenings, weekends, and shifts designed to fit study or other jobs. You’ll thrive if you enjoy pop culture, D&D;, and adaptable planning under changing circumstances.
