Gladstone Hotel is seeking an experienced Chef to join our kitchen team in a fast-paced, friendly environment. You will work under the Head Chef and contribute to a high standard of modern, quality dishes.
We require at least 3 years in a professional kitchen, the ability to work a 5-day week across a 7-day operation, and a minimum Cert IV qualification or equivalent. Solid presentation and food hygiene practices are essential.
