Key responsibilities

- Warmly welcoming customers, getting to know our regulars, and ensuring everyone receives helpful, compassionate service

- Keeping our retail floors looking fresh, inviting, and beautifully presented with a sharp eye for merchandising

- Managing inventory, tracking numbers, and making smart, data-informed buying decisions within budgets

- Taking a proactive, hands-on approach to building store sales and identifying current ways to help our pharmacy grow

- Working closely with the pharmacy team to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and reliably
