We are looking for passionate Certificate III and Diploma Qualified Educators who love working alongside children, value meaningful relationships and want to be part of a collaborative and supportive team.

About the Role

We have opportunities available for Certificate III and Diploma Qualified Educators to join our team.

We are seeking educators with availability across five days per week during our operating hours of 6:30am–6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Casual opportunities may also be available for educators with flexible availability who share our values and commitment to high-quality early childhood education and care.

- Work collaboratively with educators and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
- Support natural, play-based learning and opportunities for children to connect with their environment.
- Promote sustainability,



inclusion and respect throughout everyday practice.
- Document children’s learning in meaningful ways that reflect the EYLF and our service philosophy.
- Reflect on your practice and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Help create an environment where children feel safe, secure, confident and empowered to learn.

About You

You’re an educator who brings warmth, purpose and genuine enthusiasm to your work with children.

Whether you’re an experienced Diploma Qualified Educator or a Certificate III Educator looking for your next chance, we’re looking for people who believe in creating meaningful childhood experiences and genuinely enjoy being part of a team.

- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care , or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent
- A current Queensland Blue Card
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
- Availability across our operating hours of Monday–Friday, 6:30am–6:30pm
- Knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standard
- A positive, reflective and collaborative approach
- A genuine commitment to children’s wellbeing, learning and development
