Retail Operations & E-Commerce Coordinator

Ladybird Nursery is a North Brisbane garden centre and online nursery. This is a hands‑on, physically active role working across the busy retail nursery and e‑commerce operation. You'll spend much of the day on your feet, outdoors, moving around the nursery, handling stock and serving customers.

Key responsibilities

- Online order processing, picking, packing and dispatch
- Stock receiving, replenishment and stock control
- Merchandising and maintaining excellent presentation
- Using POS and other online systems
- Customer service and checkout
- Keeping daily operations organised and moving efficiently

- Learns quickly and is confident with technology
- Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do
- Organised, reliable and pays attention to detail
- Comfortable with the physical demands of nursery retail

- Experience in retail, e‑commerce, dispatch, warehousing or operations is highly regarded
- Plant knowledge is helpful, but attitude, capability and work ethic matter more
