About the Role

We are seeking experienced Locum Orthopaedic Registrars to provide high-quality clinical care across a range of hospital settings. This role offers the prospect to work in diverse environments, covering service gaps in both trauma and elective orthopaedics.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Assess, diagnose and manage orthopaedic patients in inpatient and emergency settings
n
Participate in ward rounds, outpatient clinics, and on-call rosters
n
Assist in theatre and perform procedures within scope of practice
n
Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams
n
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure continuity of care
n
n
About the Locum Arrangement
n
As a locum registrar,



you will be represented by an experienced agency and placed across multiple hospitals to fill critical workforce gaps. This provides exposure to a variety of clinical settings, teams, and case mixes, with flexibility to suit your availability and career goals.

Requirements

AHPRA registration
n
Minimum 2+ years orthopaedic experience at registrar level
n
Strong clinical and communication skills
n
Ability to adapt quickly to current settings
n
