4WD Obsession Noosa is looking for a confident Sales Consultant to join our team.
We work across 4WD accessories, vehicle upgrades, touring setups, mechanical servicing, repairs and workshop work.
Your role is to understand what the customer needs, recommend the right solution, prepare accurate quotes, follow up prospects and convert them into booked work.
What you'll do
Handle showroom, phone and online enquiries
Quote accessories, upgrades, servicing and mechanical work




Follow up quotes and convert them into bookings
Recommend suitable products and workshop solutions
Coordinate with the workshop and keep customers updated
Build repeat business and strong customer relationships
Work toward agreed sales and conversion targets
What we're looking for
Proven sales experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Confidence following up leads and asking for the sale
Good attention to detail
Current driver's licence
Genuine interest in automotive and 4WDs
Automotive, 4WD, parts, dealership or workshop experience is highly regarded, but robust sales ability matters most.
