Supporting dedicated agencies within the Groupe, you'll partner with leaders to deliver practical, commercially focused people solutions, while contributing to broader P&C; strategy and projects across the business.

What You'll Do

Partner with leaders

Coach and guide managers to build high-performing teams

Provide expert advice on performance, ER, engagement, and reward

Build solid relationships with senior stakeholders

Drive people strategy
n

Contribute insights and support wider group P&C; projects

Translate business needs into practical people solutions

Own employee lifecycle delivery
n

Lead performance management, grievances, and investigations
n
Support talent mapping and succession planning

Partner on recruitment decisions and workforce planning

Oversee onboarding, offboarding,



and employee experience moments
n

Enhance culture & engagement
n
n
Lead engagement initiatives and action planning from survey insights
n
Drive inclusion and culture programs
n
Contribute to recognition and employee experience initiatives
n

Support core P&C; programs
n
n
Remuneration cycles and benchmarking
n
Learning & development delivery and uptake
n
Visa and immigration processes
n
Compliance, policy, and people data integrity
n

What You Bring
n
n
4+ years in People & Culture, including advisory experience in a complex or matrix environment
n
Strong working knowledge of Australian employment law (Fair Work Act, NES)
n
Proven ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders
n
Experience across the full employee lifecycle
n
High level of judgement, critical thinking, and discretion
n
Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving setting
n
Robust communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
