The successful applicant will be responsible for the presentation and ongoing maintenance of the lawns, gardens and landscaped areas across the thoroughbred property in Singleton, NSW. Nine9 Park takes considerable pride in the presentation of the property and is looking for someone who shares that attention to detail and enjoys maintaining a property to a very high standard.

Key responsibilities

- Mowing and maintaining all lawns and grassed areas
- Whipper snipping, edging and general lawn care
- Maintaining gardens, garden beds and landscaped areas
- Pruning, hedging and shaping trees and shrubs
- Planting and ongoing care of plants, trees and lawns
- Weed control and garden maintenance
- Fertilising and improving lawn and plant health
- Monitoring and maintaining garden irrigation systems
- Keeping outdoor areas neat, tidy and well presented




- Operating and caring for mowers and other grounds-maintenance equipment

About you

- Takes genuine pride in the appearance of a property
- Has experience maintaining lawns, gardens or larger properties
- Has valuable knowledge of lawn and plant care
- Is confident operating ride-on mowers and grounds-maintenance equipment
- Can work independently and manage their own workload
- Is reliable, practical and has excellent attention to detail
- Notices what needs doing without needing to be constantly directed
- Is comfortable working outdoors throughout the year
- Experience on a rural property, thoroughbred farm, golf course, large estate or similar environment would be highly regarded
