Oscars Group’s Shoohey’s Sports Bar on the Gold Coast is seeking a hands-on Duty Manager to lead a busy hospitality and gaming team. You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while maintaining RSA/RCG compliance.

The role requires adaptable, rotating rosters including nights, weekends, and public holidays; full Australian working rights; and a proactive, customer-focused approach in a lively venue.
