The Bonaccord Group is an Australian-owned and operated family business producing quality produce since 1975 and freighting perishable goods since 1989. Bonaccord supplies a range of fresh, packed and processed produce nationwide.
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Processing Plant Maintenance team. This is a hands‑on, full‑time role responsible for the maintenance, repair, servicing, and general upkeep of machinery and equipment within our packing shed operations.
Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Maintenance and repair of processing plant machinery, including:
- Hydrocoolers
- Wrapping machines
- Washing and packing lines
- General mechanical servicing and plant upkeep
- Assisting with equipment setup and operational support during peak periods
To be successful in this role, applicants must:
- Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Be a qualified and experienced Fitter and Turner, or Boilermaker
- Have excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Demonstrate robust interpersonal and time management skills
- Be physically fit and capable of manual work in a fast-paced environment
Full-time role (38 hours per week)
Availability for some weekend and public holiday work during peak season is required.
