Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
Supervising day to day operations of the venue, and being responsible for venue operations of front of house
Supporting the team to ensure a positive relationship between front of house and back of house employees
Providing employees guidance on company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and a positive workplace culture
Being present on the floor to support the team and oversee the smooth operation of the front of house
