Right at Home Gold Coast is seeking experienced Care Partners across Pimpama and Bundall to join our Support at Home team. This full time role covers Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm, managing a portfolio of clients and coordinating their day-to-day care.
Ideal candidates have Case Management or Care Coordination experience, relevant qualifications, a current Australian Driver Licence, and the ability to maintain accurate records while delivering compassionate client support.
