An prospect exists for the position of Marketing & Communications Manager at Club Tocumwal.

The role is to communicate with members and the general public club events, promotions and offerings using different platforms of print and online medias.

You will be responsible for promoting and attracting new sponsors to our club and continue an ongoing close relationship with our existing sponsors and assure that sponsorship obligations are met.

You will work closely with Management on print, television and radio advertising and marketing campaigns and budgets. You will work with the Functions Coordinator to create, promote, and advertise events and attend and document sports events in real time as they occur.

You will be responsible for maintaining our current website, create a relevant and consistent presence on social media and digital platforms, organise internal advertising plus the compilation of club Newsletters and member notices.

The successful applicant will possess.

- A strong work ethic, vibrant personality,



and the ability to work autonomously.
- Strong organizational skills and outstanding written and communication skills.
- Previous experience using social media and Facebook ads manager an advantage.
- Previous experience using systems such as Impact data / talk box an advantage.
- Experience using Canva
- The ability to multi-task and work flexible shifts.
- An excellent understanding of Microsoft Office Programs
- Knowledge in Adobe creative suite programs would be an advantage.
- Previous experience creating or updating websites would be beneficial.
- Previous experience and/or industry qualification will be an advantage.

This position is for an immediate start and would suit a recently graduated or ambitious person looking to enter this work environment.

The opportunity may be full or part time. Flexible working hours available.
