Customer Service/Internal Sales/Warehouse - Electrical Automation

Remtron is an established leading supplier to the Automation, Process Control, and Industrial Electrical Industry. We are currently looking for a new Customer Service person to become an integral part of our "Internal Sales Team".

Job Summary:

The Internal Customer Sales/Warehouse role will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with Remtron’s customers, while also supporting warehouse operations to ensure efficient order fulfilment. This role will involve understanding the needs and requirements of Remtron’s customers externally and internally, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales team in achieving their goals. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain solid relationships with Remtron’s customers locally and Australia wide.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers (e.g., departments such as Marketing, Procurement, Finance).

Act as the primary point of internal contact for customer inquiries and requests.

Understand the unique needs and goals of each of Remtron’s customers

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.

Assist the sales team with developing and implementing sales strategies.

Prepare and present Sales Quotes and Orders.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

Product Knowledge





Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Remtron is a technical business and will support your training growth.

Administrative Duties

Manage customer accounts and update CRM systems with accurate and timely information.

Process orders and handle related documentation.

Assist in the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals.

Quote follow ups via phone.

Warehouse Duties

Receive, store, and dispatch stock accurately and efficiently.

Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and stock accuracy.

Process customer returns and liaise with suppliers as required.

Use forklifts, pallet jacks, hand carts, etc. to move stock around warehouse.

Perform detailed manual inventory counts and assist in maintaining stock accuracy.

Qualifications

A can do Happy and vibrant attitude with a willingness to learn is essential.

Experience in a sales or customer service role would be ideal but not essential.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the electrical industry or an interest in electrical would be highly regarded.

Familiarity with sales processes and techniques.
