Randstad is recruiting for a role based at Kemps Creek, Sydney, overseeing a large on-site temporary workforce for Amazon. You will work with site HR, Operations, Learning, Safety and the WFS teams to coordinate staffing and ensure accurate payroll processing.

Key tasks include rostering, onboarding, reporting, and ensuring timely documentation and attendance records. Availability for night shifts is required, with a solid attention to detail and compliance with Amazon policies.
