What We're Looking For:
n
Minimum 12 months' experience in early childhood settings
n




Robust understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
n
Confidence with digital programming and documentation tools
n
Child Protection Training (usually in your transcript) & GECKO Child Safety Training
n
Working With Children Check & First Aid certificate
n
Understanding of Education and Care National Regulations
n
Knowledge of child development (0–6 years)
n
Warm, qualified, and team-oriented attitude
n
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
n
