What you'll be doing

We're looking for an Accommodation Supervisor to lead the day-to-day running of our Chinchilla feedlot's living facilities - keeping them safe, clean, and welcoming, and making sure every team member feels at home. You will:

- Be the friendly first point of contact for all residents
- Oversee building, garden, and facility maintenance
- Lead the accommodation team, including cooks and cleaners
- Keep everything compliant with legislative and company standards
- Manage bookings, inspections, and accurate records




- Welcome and induct new starters into camp life
- Keep camp consumables stocked and accounted for

What you'll bring

- Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Clear written and verbal communicator
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ball
