Home-in, a x15ventures venture backed by CommBank, is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to support customers through their home-buying journey. You will coordinate tasks across contract review, exchange and settlement, and liaise with lawyers and lenders to keep the process holistic.
You will manage the support inbox with empathy, ensure timely turnaround, and uphold our high standards and procedures. WA coverage may require after-hours work occasionally; normal hours are 10:00–18:00 Sydney
