Camilleri Farming is located 40km West of Coonabarabran, the Astronomy Capital of Australia and the home of the Warrumbungle’s. A mixed farming enterprise of Sheep, Cattle, Pigs and Cropping.

We are seeking an applicant to fill a full time vacancy which will include a freshly painted 3 bedroom share house and electricity costs covered.

The position requires the ability to work in a team workplace but also to be able to work alone and unsupervised. We are seeking long term employees.

No working holiday or sponsorship. Need to be an Australian citizen or have permeant work rights in Australia.

Position – Farrowing House Supervisor

Prefer experience with pigs

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Artificial Insemination
- Running all aspects of the farrow house from birth to weaning
- Bobcat Work (will teach if needed)
- Weighing
- Treatment of sick animals

Hours – 5 days a week with a rostered day off and every second weekend (40hrs)

Remuneration to be negotiated on experience
